  • Before scheduling an appointment, we would like you to be aware of a few important things. Firstly, we understand that mental health is crucial, and we provide medication management services to support your journey. However, please note that we only provide treatment to clients aged 18 and older who are located in the states of Florida. We understand that emergencies can happen at any time, which is why we urge you to dial 911 immediately or visit the nearest emergency department in case of an emergency or a life-threatening situation.
  • Please be aware that we do not provide crisis management services. We kindly request a minimum of 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling, but we understand that sometimes situations arise beyond your control. If you are unable to provide a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellations or no-shows, we will allow a no penalty for the first time , if for any reason you are not able to provide the requested 24 hour notice , you will be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee of $100 for established patients or $150 for new patients. This is because we have a waitlist, and it is crucial to allocate appointments efficiently for all of our patients. We know that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may arrive late for an appointment (more than 10 minutes). In such a situation, we will do our utmost to accommodate you, but please understand that it may lead to cancellation or rescheduling.

Our Late Arrival Policy is in place to ensure that we provide the best possible care to all of our patients. If emergencies necessitate changes to your appointment, please contact our office promptly,we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that immediate rescheduling of missed appointments cannot be guaranteed, but we’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative. Repeated instances of missed appointments without prior notification may result in your discharge from our practice, but we understand that everyone has their own struggles, and we would like to work with you to ensure that we can offer care to all of our patients effectively.
